Anyone can participate in all of Ari's Milky Way workshops as they are very similar. The main differences lie in the duration, number of partecipants and price. The longer workshops allow for more in-depth exploration of techniques. We keep our groups small to ensure personalized attention at each participant's level. The advanced class is recommended for those with prior experience in night photography. Ari also offers One-on-One private workshops on-site. Our Milky Way photography workshop will proceed as scheduled, rain or shine. In the event of heavy clouds, rain, or storms, we’ll continue with the class indoors, covering all essential techniques, settings, and tips to ensure you're fully prepared for clear skies in the future. If weather conditions prevent us from photographing the Milky Way outdoors, We will arrange one complimentary practice session for those able to return, giving you the chance to apply what you’ve learned under ideal conditions. This session is optional and ensures everyone has the opportunity for hands-on night sky photography. Please note that weather is unpredictable and beyond our control, so we encourage participants to view the indoor session as a valuable learning experience, providing you with the skills to capture stunning nightscapes whenever the skies are clear.

Cancellation Policy: Up to 4 Weeks Before the Workshop – Cancel anytime for a full refund, no questions asked (10% admin fee applies). 21 to 14 Days Before the Workshop – A 50% cancellation fee applies. Less Than 14 Days Before the Workshop – Unfortunately, no refunds can be issued. If We Cancel: In the rare case that we need to cancel due to illness or an emergency, you will receive a full refund, including the admin fee.

Yes, we do! At Ari Rex, we offer comprehensive gear hire for all workshops with limited availability. Bring your own SD card to take your images home. Fully Edited and Retouched Images: All images provided will be professionally edited and retouched by myself personally to ensure the highest quality. This includes color correction, exposure adjustments, and any necessary touch-ups. Online Password-Protected Gallery: You will receive access to an online gallery where you can view, share, and download your images. The gallery is password-protected to ensure privacy and security. Social Media and Full-Resolution Images: In addition to the original full-resolution images, you will also receive optimized versions of your photos specifically formatted for social media platforms. These images are perfect for sharing on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and other social networks. Additional Services (if applicable): Depending on your package, additional services such as dedicated Photobooth, Print on site, Print on gallery, extended coverage, or custom albums may also be included.
