What is included in my quote?Your quote includes the following services and deliverables: Free 30-Minute Consultation: A complimentary 10- 30 minute consultation, either in person or via phone, to discuss your event details, photography needs, and any specific shots or styles you prefer. Fully Edited and Retouched Images: All images provided will be professionally edited and retouched by myself personally to ensure the highest quality. This includes color correction, exposure adjustments, and any necessary touch-ups. Online Password-Protected Gallery: You will receive access to an online gallery where you can view, share, and download your images. The gallery is password-protected to ensure privacy and security. Social Media and Full-Resolution Images: In addition to the high-resolution images, you will also receive optimized versions of your photos specifically formatted for social media platforms. These images are perfect for sharing on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and other social networks. Additional Services (if applicable): Depending on your package, additional services such as extended coverage, additional photographers, or custom albums may also be included. Be sure to check your specific quote for any extra services.

When will we receive our photos?The turnaround time for receiving your fully edited and retouched images is typically 2-5 working days. If you need the images sooner, we can often accommodate expedited delivery upon request. In some cases, we can even send you 10-15 hero shots within the same day of the event, so you have a selection of standout images to share or use immediately. Rest assured, we prioritize both speed and quality to ensure your photos look their absolute best.

Where are you based, and do you travel?I am based in Canberra and service surrounding areas. I also travel to other locations upon request. Travel fees may apply for events outside the ACT.
